Here’s how the LEO’S reward programme works.
You earn 1 point for every £1.00 you spend with us. Your reward points simply add up the more you order.
Do I get rewards points for telling my friends, colleagues or work mates about LEO’S?
Yes! We believe that the best advertising is advertising by word of mouth. And we believe that, just as we would spend money on advertising LEO’S we are also willing to reward those who recommend us. For every customer you bring to us, you and your friend will get a 100 reward points. If you use the “Tell a Friend” feature on the website by emailing your friends, then as they place orders with us these points will automatically be credited to your account. If you use word of mouth (literally), then call us giving us details of the person who is placing an order and when placed we will add 100 points to your rewards total. Where can I check on my LEO’S accumulated reward points?
We will show you how many LEO’S reward points you have earned on your order confirmation page and also in the order confirmation email sent out with every order placed. This will also include information about LEO’S reward points you have collected to date. Further, you can see how many LEO’S reward points you have earned by going to “My Rewards” link next to your “Order History” link when you are logged in.
Does everyone get LEO’S reward points for placing orders?
No, this scheme is available only to customers who place their orders through the website. Orders placed over the phone are not eligible for the rewards scheme. Web orders help us provide a more cost effective customer service and we are simply passing on that saving to you, our customer, in the form of gifts and money back vouchers.
Can I get LEO’S reward points for orders I’ve already placed?
We have only just launched our rewards system for our loyal customers. Hence all orders placed after 3rd December 2008, will be considered for LEO’S reward points.
How do I get these gifts/vouchers?
As you are placing an order, simply go to your shopping cart. There you will see any gifts and rewards that you are eligible to receive with that order based on the reward points you have accumulated to date.
Are there any other details I should know?
- Points are earned for every pound spent on products only, shipping charges and VAT are excluded. Gifts and Rewards once redeemed cannot be exchanged or returned.
- If items in an order are returned, it may result in a loss of reward points solely at our discretion. However, the loss of reward points will never be more than those received while buying the item.
- If an order is cancelled, then it will result in a loss of reward points.
- You can only redeem one gift/voucher per order.
